To optimally facilitate learning and interaction, only 30 participants per date can be hosted. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis and discontinued after the maximum number of 30 attendees is reached.

Please note the following terms and conditions: CURRENCY: Registration fees are due in EURO. For currency conversion, please use the following currency converters: The Universal Currency Converter at XE.com, Yahoo Currency Converter. REGISTRATION FEE COVERAGE: The registration fee for workshop participants covers: (a) tuition / admission to workshop sessions, (b) course materials, (c) certificate of participation, (d) WLAN/Wifi access during workshop sessions (please bring your own WLAN/WiFi-enabled laptop computer), (e) two dinners (on day 1 and day 2), (f) one lunch (on day 2), (g) coffee breaks. The registration fee for every accompanying person NOT participating in workshop sessions covers: (a) two dinners (on day 1 and day 2), (b) one lunch (day 2), (c) coffee breaks. THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION: Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the exclusive responsibility of the workshop participants: All participants have to arrange and fund their own travel to and from Dubrovnik. Accommodation costs are not included. METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DUE DATES: To guarantee participation, payment must be made in full thirty (30) days after the invoice was issued. Only bank transfers onto the bank account specified in the invoice are accepted. No discounts are offered. REFUND POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made in writing (address of the workshop secretariat: see contact page on this site). No phone cancellations will be honored. A full refund, minus a service charge of EUR 150.- (one hundred and fifty EURO) will be made from any request postmarked by July 31, 2005. No refunds will be given after July 31, 2006. All refunds will be issued after the workshop. Substitution of registrants is allowed. MINIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES Both workshops are based on a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, alternative arrangements may be offered OR the workshop may be cancelled and a full workshop fee refund will be made. Possible cancellation charges for your travel and accommodation arrangements WILL NOT be refunded in any case by us. Registered participants will be informed by July 31, 2006, if the minimum number of participants was not reached for their workshop.
